Nevenka Kržan has a university degree in economics. He started his career in the banking sector, where he held various management positions. During these periods, she participated in the banking and private process and participated in the establishment of a new commercial bank and company for the management of investment funds and companies. In 1998, she joined KPMG Slovenia, and in 2001, she became a regional partner in charge of financial advisory services. As an expert in the field of finance and the financial sector, she has participated in many projects of private and public companies in many industries. During her rich career as a responsible partner, she has led due diligence projects, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, restructuring, refinancing and development of strategy and business plans. In 2010, she assumed the role of senior partner of KPMG in Slovenia. He has a license from the Institute of Auditors of Slovenia as a certified company appraiser and a certified auditor.
