Miran Sečki holds a master’s degree in logistics engineering. He started as a minimum wage worker with productivity quotas. His diligence and organisational skills quickly earned him a promotion to team leader. His thirst for knowledge drove him to pursue further education. All of the above, coupled with his exceptional people skills, led him into management roles early in his career (such as head of production at Robomat and GVS Elektronika). As Technical Director at Preis Sevnica, he was responsible for operational and strategic planning. From 2013 to 2014, he was the Acting General Director of Transport Directorate at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Spatial Planning. After that, he was Director of Transport at Integral Brebus Brežice and Project Manager at Nomago. Since 2022, he is the Director of DUJPP (Company for the Management of Public Passenger Transport) at the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy, where he is mainly responsible for cooperation with the relevant ministries and the external public in the field of public passenger transport.
