Dr. Marko Budler is a lecturer in the fields of international logistics, business models, and procurement at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana. As a member of the Expert Council of the Slovenian Purchasing Association (ZNS), he maintains strong ties with industry through research and applied projects, workshops, conferences, and consulting work. He collaborates with companies on the transformation of business models, the strategic role of procurement, and supply chain management.

Over the past five years, Dr. Budler has been the coordinator of the Business Logistics Day and the keynote speaker at the largest regional logistics event (TRANSLOG, 2021) as well as the largest Slovenian business-logistics conference (GOSS, 2021). He was recognized as the Young Lecturer of the Year 2020 by the University of Ljubljana and received the “Excellence in Science” award in 2021 for the best economics and business article in Slovenia.
